Palmetto Prep Summer Adventures is the place to be this summer! Children who have completed Kindergarten through the 5th grade are eligible to attend weekly day camps that include field trips, daily Physical Education classes, Spanish, Music, and Art classes, games and activities, as well as weekly “adventures” featuring technology, cultures, etiquette, space adventures, and more!

Palmetto Prep Summer Adventures is open Monday - Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m., and lunch and snacks are provided daily. To provide the maximum benefit to each child, the camp counselors are assigned to a group of no more than 14 campers.

How the West was Fun: Howdy partners! There is a new Sheriff in town. This week the campers will get a chance to experience the old west. Gold fever will spread and we will rush west to get a chance to dig for our very own gems. We will take horseback riding lessons and be in costume for our country western festival.

Farming Frenzy: This week campers will learn about all kinds of different farming. We will visit many different farms including cow, fruit, and strawberry farms. We will be creating our own farm by planting and growing our very own vegetables.

Wet-n-Wild: Grab your bathing suit and join us for a week of fun in the sun with water activities galore! We will go swimming, play water games and even get to play on a tropical slide. You won’t want to miss this water filled week!

Little Chefs: Get your chef hats ready and meet us at Palmetto Prep for a week of cooking. Campers will test their culinary skills and learn how to make different dishes from around the world. We will be cooking everything from breakfast dishes to yummy desserts. Bon Appétit!

X-Games: This week campers will compete against each other in a variety of games such as relay races, tug of war, beach volleyball and also team spirit. On Friday, we will have a closing ceremony to pass out awards to our campers. So come with your shoe laces tied and get ready for a fun filled week of X-games.

Young Einstein’s: “Equipped with his five senses, man explores the universe around him and calls the adventure Science” ~Edwin Powell Hubble. This week campers will conduct their own experiments and see the reactions of interacting molecules. In this fun filled week, we will explore the universe that is around us.

Cheers & Sports: Are you ready to have a ball and cheer your hearts out? Campers will have the choice of learning a variety of sports or cheerleading skills. We will finish out the week with some friendly games with the cheerleaders cheering each team!

Splash of Color & Sound: Campers will explore the world of music and art. We will be involved in many projects throughout this week including crafts, coloring and karaoke. The children will also learn about the history and importance of Art and Sound.

Lego Mania: Challenge your Lego skill by constructing machines with Lego bricks and motors. We will learn how to build including all of the planning that is involved. The campers will create their own blue prints and then be able to make their vision a reality.

The Actor's Studio: Calling all actors! This week campers will be involved in writing, directing, and acting in their very own plays. Campers will also be creating their own props and scenery for their productions that will be performed in front of an audience. We will finish off the week with Palmetto Prep’s very own talent show.
